There are so many ways that sensual (of the senses) pleasures can be experienced, through what we smell, hear, see, taste and feel. Yet often sensual experience is limited to one prescribed way.
Is a chocolate candy slowly melting in your mouth pleasurable?
How about cool rain against your warm skin?
Or the scratch of your nails gently rubbing against the surface of your own skin?
These are examples of ways we can learn to embrace sensuality more in our everyday lives, simply and immediately.
Body image is the number one inhibitor that women have identified preventing them from connecting sexually with themselves or others.
What would it be like for you to feel confident and sexy in your body?

Often times there is trauma, or overwhelm to the nervous system, that needs to be addressed before one can relax enough to be sexual.
Dr. Berceli’s trauma releasing exercises will help release some of the tension and stuckness in your body. Upon release, women often feel more aliveness and connection to pleasure.
Together we will unpack body image, pleasure, and relationship with self and others. This retreat will allow you to explore the more intimate facets of yourself in a safe space.

Tara Galeano is a therapist, author, and speaker who has worked with women for over two decades to get their sexy back.
She knows that there is pleasure in the body, beyond our wildest dreams, and every woman can access it. In the "Rediscovering My Body" course, Tara teaches women how to show up for pleasure in their lives. She rediscovered her own body after leaving her twenty-five-year marriage. Realizing that she had given so much of herself away, she knew that she needed to come back to the inherent wisdom of the body. Through reconnecting with her body, Tara was able to know what was true for her, how best to proceed from this wisdom, what was true pleasure, and most importantly, how to teach these lessons to other women who are clamoring for the same truths so that they too could transform their lives and reclaim their sensuality.
